AIR FRANCE HOMEPAGE IMPROVEMENT BY MAX CIPICCHIA
Description
I have conducted a comparison of the user experience on the homepages of five airline companies:
Virgin Atlantic, Alitalia, Air Canada, Delta, and Air France.
Out of these, Air France’s homepage stands out as being in dire need of simplification and redesign. Currently, the main features (Booking, Check-in, Reservations, and Flight Status) are linked to separate pages, making the user experience more complex and requiring more attention to avoid mistakes.
The homepage should provide a more user-friendly experience and offer quick access to the booking section and main features. With this in mind, I have streamlined the navigation and enhanced the interaction by revising the booking interface.
